Are there good targets for this? It's land destruction for U against the fetchlands which is probably an un-fun interaction. Countering Mother of Runes' ability one time doesn't seem that exciting. I'm not convinced we want it at all despite the fact that it is a cool card in Legacy. Convince me otherwise?
