"High flying" may be the flavorful way to represent being super high in the air/unable to come to ground but it's just less interactive.

As an 0/3 this is fairly unplayable. As a Concordia Pegasus functional reprint it probably isn't too good even in the flying matters set. Could go up to 2U.
