This seems unbelievably strong as a colourless common. Has this been tested at all? It goes in any deck and gives you huge advantage if the game goes long.

So far the player activating this has won less than 50% of the time. To start with it seemed like a guaranteed loss. But it's a pretty small sample size. 3+3 is not the same as 6 and 6 is definitely the lowest this could go on an artifact. So I guess this is definitely undercosted for the effect as it stands. Could be 3+4 or 4+4. Hedron Archive is 4+2 for 2 cards but has very significant other utility as well. It's also very good and an uncommon. This probably shouldn't be a common wherever it ends up.
