What's the multicolor philosophy in general here? And does it apply to reanimation targets? I feel like you really want to be able to hardcast your targets in limited/cube if at all possible.

Well this guy in particular is in just to be a good reanimation target because there aren’t enough. Made his cycling cheaper so you don’t have to be in all 3 colours to play him.
