Not sure if we want anything that makes it hard to do things with your graveyard, but if we do then this seems like a relatively tame option. 2 more would be obnoxious for sure.

Yeah, I was trying to think of 'white' ways to interact with the graveyard that are not reanimation. Taxing is a very white only thing
