Typically you're not going to wrath a board where you have more creatures than an opponent, so not sure the conditional clause is worth the extra complexity. For the WWW cost I'd probably have the caster gain all the life as well, although that may actually be more a B effect than W

All good points. I started designing this card from just the name so that is why it ended up the way it did. I'll have a think about tweaking it as nothing is coming to mind right now

Simon O'Keeffe · 2012-05-28 18:55:14

Bugger it, lets go with Paul's version for now. Might need a new name though.

Simon O'Keeffe · 2012-05-28 18:56:05

This is now better than Day of Judgment!

Thomas Baker · 2012-05-29 03:49:28

Thinking about it a bit more, this is now a lot more B in flavour. Maybe have "for each creature destroyed this way, it's controller gains 1 life" to make it more W?

Paul Hodgson · 2012-05-29 09:01:47

i like the flavour of this card what about destroy all creatures each player gains 1 life for each creature destroyed this way that they owned/controlled or the player with the most creatures gains 1 life for each creature destroyed

Ross Miles · 2012-05-29 09:04:15

I like Ross' suggestion to keep the flavour, although it is a little cumbersome in the wording.

Simon O'Keeffe · 2012-05-29 09:10:43

Yeah really like this new version

Paul Hodgson · 2012-05-29 09:17:56

Is this better? The player who controls the most creatures gains X life where X is the number of creatures in play. Destroy all creatures.

Thomas Baker · 2012-05-31 11:26:07

Yes yours is cleaner.

Simon O'Keeffe · 2012-05-31 12:13:31

I guess even cleaner is: Destroy all creatures. Each opponent gains 1 life for each creature destroyed this way. And 9 times out of 10 that is the same effect. Or Target opponent.

Thomas Baker · 2012-05-31 12:18:18

Retired my wrath variant as this seems more popular
