We probably need to cut this as the interaction with Vigorous Study will lead to us nerfing Vigorous Study too hard otherwise I think? Solutions that allow us to keep both?

Each player gains a life? Probably doesn't address the draw your whole deck issue, but might make it a hell of a lot harder to kill your opponent.
