Does good work. Definitely not OP. Bit of a skilltester/thinker to know whether to pull the trigger when land-light, etc. or hold on to it and get more value.

Thinking about making this target player as a hoser for Capricious Demon of which there is only one so far. A 4/4 for 3B should definitely have genuine risk attached, I think.
