Had fun with this on top of Library with Corrupt Seer but without two Plains in play/hand. Kept it on top for my turn to prevent attacks, then ditched it with the Seer at EOT.

I like this although I guess Portent/Foresight is not in W but you are going to have to pair W with something in most drafts. Didn't make Simon's first pass at the uncommon skeleton and would make a fine rare so could be squeezed out?

We also have very few ways of juggling the top of your library to keep it on top, so the effect might happen so infrequently that it just isn't worth the slot.

I am biased because this has been fun for me 2 times out of 2 but part of that was being Plains-screwed and shipping this away after getting a one-shot effect. Moving to Rare so it isn't quite dead yet.

I actually quite like the way this is in the non-Portent colour since it gives you a reason to pair White with one of its traditional allies.
