Yeah maybe, I was just impressed by seeing Ross use Sawtooth Loon last week, so I wanted to remind myself that is the inspiration for this guy.

2 cards is probably ok - sawtooth loon is silly coz you get to bounce him back to your hand

Giving it flying for now. We will need to see how the set shakes out and if we ahve too many fliers, easy to just remove it

Maybe add an "If played for its portent cost, do X". Want to make Portent exciting at uncommon

Definitely fine but I would consider cutting him from U uncommons as he is off-theme and there are too many U uncommon creatures.

If are only having two U uncommon creatures this guy doesn't make it ahead of Inspirationist and Spellslinging Augur for me. With Impossible Horror and Portentious Shrike ahead of him too, probably. I'm afraid although he's fine there just isn't room.

The problem is that U being the portent colour, of the two creatures you want in U, neither have portent, both are enablers!
