You mean the casting cost? I can see that coming down a bit. Supposed to be a role player common, not any kind of power card

Hah, looks like we had a second Foreshadow enabler in blue all along. I guess paying 3 for it doesn't leave much mana for actually portent'ing, so I guess the static Foreshadow ability is better.
