Chose this over Consider (draw 2, put 2) as that is actual card disadvantage and this is going in the U common card drawing slot.

We discussed making this the sorcery "card advantage" spell but that interacts badly with its portent enabling. upping its cost to 3 or 4 and making it draw 3 cards and put one back on top leaves you no mana to cast your Portent card.

Probably the best U portent enabler, cheap and instant speed. Sets up creatures for green cyclops too.
