massive difference between toughness 3 and 4 - we will have to balance carefully how many 3/4 toughness guys we make who are essentially walls

Bringing top-of-library to Common very handily. Might be better as a 1/3.

This guy is good in any U deck with portent and library manipulation. Could easily be a 1/3, or anything really, but having this effect at common is key.

Blue always needs a 1/4 and it seems like the best fit for the ability because it won't die often.
