This guy is pretty cool. Vigilance for UU. Very similar to Lantern Spirit in Innistrad. Might want to make this guy an Uncommon too?

He can also trigger "when another creature ETB" effects over and over for UU. Not sure if we have any way to do anything other than gain a few life with that but the triggers might be useful.

If we go with the non-Miracle version of Portent then this guy needs to have Flash.

This guy might need to be uncommon if he gets flash as well. That would leave another opening for a common Portent guy, though!

Seemed pretty good in UW commons - gaining life like crazy off Soul Guardian in the late game and blocking but not dying, etc. Can also prevent you from decking if you are in a deck that wants that (the U decks and UR decks that draw a lot of cards probably do - it came up once). However went last pick in 5-man draft. UR, WB, mono G, RB, WR were the colors so I guess the UR player didn't want it and that was that so not necessarily a criticism. He may not actually need Flash.

All Portent cards are going to be the same as casting cost at common. Hopefully that doesn't nerf this guy too much.
