See comment on the bounce one. I feel the tempo retrace spells are overly aggressively costed. This one might be on the acceptable side though

They don't usually make you pay a whole card for this effect so let's try this one at the aggressive cost and the bounce one at 3U and see how they play out.

This is probably too good at 1U but I can't quite tell because I was playing alongside Wastrel's Wrath so it was doing 2 damage every Retrace as well as freezing a guy!

It helped that there were three of these in my pool. Should possibly be uncommon.
