Half a future sight on a man for only 2U. I think we could up the casting cost of this guy. Also feels a bit like a rare. Maybe just do that and make it a 3/3 flyer for 3UU or something?

Big difference to Magus of the Future (2UUU) not being able to get lands (especially) and creatures off the top of your library but upping to 3U.

This is really good, though it probably gets cut since the rare Seerlord has a similar but better ability and we're really cramped at Uncommon.

I really enjoyed this guy last night. He especially loves instants because you can wait until you untap before you draw to cast them. Fun. I want to keep him in if we can.

I like him too, especially as he provides the opposite effect of the green guy (creatures & lands), it is really nice to have the symmetry, in fact I think I'd like to make them both uncommon or both rare.

Never used this guys ability at all. Almost all my spells had portent anyway. Seems like he should be good but I wished he was Tower Sentinels everytime

Foresight is a Portent enabler. The ability is better with non-Portent cards than with Portent cards. Is that enough of a reason to cut or change him? Ability could be "The Portent costs of cards you own is {1} less." instead?

The cost reduction might be a really cool effect, makes him better in the UG deck but slightly worse in the other colour combinations.

In context he's probably fine as an uncommon, though in a 'normal' set he'd be pretty busted. There are a lot less spells than creatures, and a lot of them already have Portent. This guy is kind of important because he gives White and Red decks more reason to want to combine with Blue as they have no Portent spells naturally.
