There's nothing close to "Destroy target creature" without a drawback or exception at CMC 3 or less (except Mortify and Terminate, which are gold and cubeworthy) not even at Sorcery speed. Suggest we either up the non-portent cost or give it some restrictions (nonblack, toughness 3 or less, cmc 3 or less, ... something like that).

I've changed my mind about Portent. It requires enough preparation that I think it's OK to have the spells at a lower cost. I wonder if in fact we ought to simplify Portent by just making it "if this card is revealed on the top of your library you can play it" and not have any alternate costs or just have that on one or two cards. It would make the U mythic "cards in your library have Portent" too.

Just going ahead and changing it. You don't want to reveal this only to find you cannot afford it. Then draw it and cast it. That's not very Portent-y!
