Not sure on cost but seems to have a fair few options? Might change discard to a mana cost.

I think I would keep the discard, as it kind of makes this card an enabler for Madness/Flashback. The actual ability is only really good as a hoser, doubt you would mill someone out with it

What colour is this card supposed to be? I can see it in Black or Blue, and at push Red
