This guy is a 3/3 for 1B as long as you are prepared to draw a land next turn. That seems kind of crazy good but it hasn't proved that way. And he was printed before in TS block of course.

Putrid Cyclops was a 3/3 for 3 that only had Scry 1 but only got -X/-X on the turn you played it. This might be better off having Scry 1 like the Cyclops, since the 2 is left over from when it was Descry which didn't let you set up your later draws and made you put a land from the bottom of your library on the top.
