I think we might have made this a real winner with pay 2 life. Used him to shift a land for Throw from the Tower to great effect but you can't just rifle through lands looking for action - you'll die!

I'm sad to say it but using this guy's ability is probably usually a bad idea! It really wants to be 1.5 life! Any chance we could make it "to graveyard" instead of "to bottom" or does that break him? I don't *think* we want to test 1 life ... just too strong then. I wonder if he shines in WB where you can gain some of the life you are burning? Still 100% definitely an inclusion for me but currently I don't see him as first pickable at all.

I think Abortionist over this guy. Could always move Corrupt Seer to rare for now to see if there is room there?
