You'll need to tidy up the wording a little to get it to work. I'm assuming the intent is a ongoing effect? If so

also 2B seems pretty cheap for a Mutilate effect, maybe 2BB?

Reworded and upped the cost. He's a kind of unreliable wrath rather than anything abusable, I think, but it is a powerful effect - he may yet prove to be broken!

This is a pretty good Infest variant. Plus as he's a creature you can bring him back for another wrath!

This played really well last night. Introduced drama around when my board was going to be wiped and how much damage I could do by then and was part of a combo later. And I actually won the game against it quite handily. I like it.

I think this guy is nailed on for inclusion. Less annoying than your average wrath effect, and with drama.
