This is amazing. By itself it shuts down your draw step but with Portent and revealing your top card it suddenly becomes a free tutor every turn for only 2 mana. This may well be my favourite card so far.

This card seems great..in Green or Blue. Having it cost double black is going to make it pretty much unplayable I think.

Probably either broken or unplayable depending on where it sits and how it is costed. It does radically alter pick orders, though, and anything that radically alters pick orders tends to be a good thing (Spider Spawning, Dampen Thought, Burning Vengeance, Bloodthirst in M12).

Templating changed a bit and let it put the card face up on top so you don't have to have Foresight. Might help it make the cut...
