Changed down to 4 cards from 6, was way too much card advantage for red

Has anyone got to play with this yet? I wan to know if it is good/bad / not interesting.
Simon O'Keeffe · 2012-06-03 16:36:30
Haven't seen it played yet I'm afraid.

I'm not sure we have a copy of this printed as I didn't see it at all in the playtest!

This is battling with Disdainful Research, Raid the Library, Burn the Library and Echo of the Phoenix after Soulstoking and Empty the Libraries take 2 of 3 slots.

Played this today. Seems pretty good since it's mostly a divination that always gets something useful either way and you can gamble if you really need to.

I actually think the way this plays out it is quite a lot better than Divination. It's more consistently "pretty good" than Divination and if you do truly need a miracle you can play that game too. I'd consider putting it to 3R where it is still very playable I think.

upping cost, since it is way better than Divination

This is my favorite red drawing uncommon. The looting ones are all a bit similar and all cost a bit much to combine with Mindstorm effectively. This can get you a double discard from the madness for free. Plus it's fun to do the splitting!
