This guy seems strong but not broken. Could make it player if it proves to be too much.

Very, very strong in the looting deck. Can often be used to kill 3 or even higher toughness creatures. Could be player only?

I think the ability to damage a creature every turn as well as ping is a bit strong. If it was changed to player only, he could potentially get a P/T boost, maybe even becoming a 3/3 for 2RR. He should probably be double red anyway!

So this guy was probably better for me than Wastral's Wrath. You get one free activation a turn, and then all your looting spells are also free damage! He either needs to change to player only and/or get an activation cost
