Compare to Congregation at Dawn which cost 3 for three creatures, I could easily see this costing 5 or at most 6

I feel that each colour should get a big splashy portent card at rare. Not sure this is it, but modifying an existing card rather than making a new one. Kind of half a Tooth and Nail.

The extra Portent ability is pretty crazy! Interested to see how this plays out.

So I think I managed to portent this 3 times last night. Was pretty good, but twice it cost the same as the actual creature I fetched, but was at least a free card while setting up my library. You have to be real careful how you stack your library as it is easy to forget you won't be able to portent the guy you leave on top unless you have loads of mana. Didn't seem broken, but then we have no Titans or 8/9 drops in our set so hard to break.
