So cool, but possibly too logistically annoying?

This has a funky side effect of letting you leave portent cards on top of your library so you can cast them when you want. Also nice interaction with Song of Anara + Foresight! Might still be too narrow.

I love this guy, but having to draw from the bottom is a bit annoying.
