Cannot read this as anything other than Bearback Rider. Also, are we have Bear tokens or Centaur tokens?

being a 1/1 seemed a bit off, but has flash so that's fine. if we drop flash then I think this could be a 2/2 but not sure

This could be a Portent creature, though that would make him pretty wordy. He'll probably end up being replaced with a common Flash & Portent creature anyway.

I like this guy, but with the only two uncommon Portent creatures also at three mana he's probably not going to make it.
