How about we change this to a Noxious Revival variant. This ties into the them of the set better and isn't quite as powerful: "Put target card from a graveyard on top of its owner's library."

I like your change Simon. Allowing targeting to other player's graveyards/libraries opens up the possibility of "discard 3 lands - you draw lands for the next 3 turns". Although that requires enough setup that it might be a suitable reward?
