Whats the reasoning behind forcing two different colours? Just to tie into the name? I think it is a little more awkward and we can just change the name! If we really wanted we could make it cost 2, and just be an uber signet which would be broken in real magic, but maybe okay in our set?

Yes I meant because of the name. Let's cut Signet from the name rather than making it more fiddly! "Lotus Cauldron"? :)

This is definitely above the curve for mana rocks. Not sure if that's a problem or not. Compare Altar of the Lost or Khalni Gem!

If we're continuing with retrace and landfall as themes a version of Khalni Gem would actually be pretty awesome in this format!
