This makes graveyard order matter. Would it be too powerful to make it 'Put target card in any graveyard on the bottom of its owner's library'?

Good spot. We don't want graveyard order to matter - especially because we are going to be monkeying with graveyards in this set.

Not quite sure why I added this reprint now, perhaps I thought it put the top card of your library on the bottom of your graveyard?
