Kicker was far too high, re-templated the ability. Not sure how to make the ability keep the memory of the person who lost control of it, so substituted owner for the time being.

A combination of the name and the Arrrrrrr!!! in the kicker cost makes me think this wans't entirely serious! It did liven up the reviewing process, though.

Is the stealing permanent or until end of turn? Is the damage done to the controller of ~ or to the controller of the thing that was stolen?

I'm not quite sure why this card is blue anymore? I think since the stealing is non-creature, permanent might actually be okay

Depends if we print any planeswalkers or not I guess. Annex plus a 2/2 for 2URR seems fine but this is definitely better than that. Volition Reins your Loxodon Warhammer, deal you 3, and get a 2/2 for example. This guy loves stealing expensive Equipment that is cheap to equip!
