I think this may lie idle in sideboards too much. I would turn it into a cantrip and make it cost 2W to encourage people to play it, or even maindeck it. Or could give it cycling?

Agree. Has no real interaction with white at all, just an expensive Resurrection that does some splash damage vs black and blue.
