Damn, "Hush" is already a card. Could have "Still" if that is better than Quieten.

Is this an actual split card for 1U on both halves? Peace // Quiet Your opponent may not cast spells this turn // Counter target spell. If a spell is countered in this way, return it to its owner's hand.

No I meant more a theoretical split card. It does both things. But you might choose to use it in your opponent's upkeep like Silence or to counter a spell (for the turn) like Remand. I think it works the way I have worded it here so that your opponent can't have their card back in hand before the "may not cast spells this turn" is in effect.

Do we have room considering it is a spell not a creature, though? Happy to cut it as it is a little counterintuitive and in no way essential.
