I don't think cards can specifically mention the sideboard, but you could reword it to be similar to the Wishes. "You may cast ~ from outside the game" For our purposes though I think you can leave it as is, it is really cool!

This is so fun. Louis used it to pull himself out of a hole in one of our games but could not be called broken. Cool stuff.

This is the sort of skill tester we should have. Bad players always forget to cast it out of the sideboard when doing so might actually win them the game...

Best thing about this card is Kieran forgetting to play it. It's clearly awesome and although it is kind of a gimmick I really do think it deserves a slot. Less points for Mills trying to rules lawyer that he was allowed to cast it from Kieran's sideboard ... :S

I don't think making it an Instant breaks anything and it might help me remember to cast it.

making it instant means it's actually playable - no way you want to be tapping 6 to be +1 card. It's a terrible divination as a sorcery :)
