possible common cycle to reference the Towers? Not sure on this specific one but think the overall idea is sound.

I don't like this - I don't think a card should go from decent to ridiculous just because you happened to lucksack a rare land.

Also, I already have a card called Deranged Librarian :-) I also agree with Kieran, seems like a bad thing to have it trigger off a singleton rare

should have checked on the name :P Was an attempt to follow the Shards Herald cycle - they may have been terrible, but very very occasionally they were awesome...

They were literally never awesome. This guy will occasionally be game winning. He reminds me of Bloodshot Trainee but worse when inactive. And obviously if you play a t3 Tower that's ggs right there. A bit high variance for my taste.

Oh, I missed that he was a looter. I guess he is actually just nuts then, assuming you have a Red Tower. Bit conditional though.
