Like it. Dodges the reprint rage, although Oust might fit even better as it gives life. Maybe that would be too much of a drawback?

This seems fair/good. The only thing is that it is quite a long time to expect both players to remember that creature is coming again. 1 or 2 from the top might make sense. Or Oust reprint would really work but Kieran might get angry!
