The R and the W combo decks have very important enchantments. It might make sense to make this an instant.

Since this is substantially worse than Natural End in Avacyn, how about we tack on an enemy colour flashback to allow white some access to artifact and enchantment removal?

Since White has no access to looting or milling effects, this is probably only going to end up in a base green deck anyway. Would be good to make it available to white, but without having to make it hybrid, but that's not easy.
