Something like this fits the R looting theme we're getting, might have to be rare though. Maybe make it damage itself as well to make it less bonkers?

Ended up in my sideboard in the draft last night. Surprised Simon's mono-R combo didn't want it? Probably keep this in and ditch Hissing Conspirator and Wastrel's Wrath?

I only really transitioned into the red looting deck at the end of 2nd booster, so probably just missed him. Also there was a pack that had 4 red cards for the deck in it, so he may have been a casualty of that. I think he is probably the fairest version of the effect.

Do we want to move him to uncommon then, so there is a good chance of always seeing at least 1 in a draft?
