Blind the Eye

Yes it's a powered-down, colour-shifted Thought Scour, but the ability to interfere with the top of someone's library at instant speed is going to be quite useful I think.

Maybe change it to Each player rather than target? Disruption and self milling?

I was originally doing that, but was worried the card might end up helping your opponent if they need specific cards for Portent!

I think this may be the answer to the above. You can 2x your opponent if you want to mill, 2x yourself for triggers or do 1 to each player to disrupt Portent and maybe get an ability.

Simon mentioned that this is strictly better than Thought Scour which is itself strictly better than Mental Note. Maybe that is OK. Could bump to 1B?

I ended up using this to ruin Portent set-ups so many times. Even if it was for the original one card it would still be great. This effect can't really be said to be overpowered, though!

Also "Blind the Eye" flavour is kind of weird now it can blind two eyes...

Changed back to the original one card so we can keep the awesome name. The best use is ruining Portent anyway!
