Possibly a mana too expensive, but it does kill pretty much every other flier!

For some reason I thought all the Portent costs were going to be the same as the mana costs - now I realise it's just the commons!

I think making it the same throughout might actually be best and then have Uncommons and Rares have "if you cast this for its Portent cost ... "
