Definitely my vote for the second common Foresight enabler in U. Fills a gap we already had at the same time. Awesome.

Could reduce to 2U or even less to get Portent going. Narcolepsy is better at 1U for example.

Reduced cost massively since you need to have a target to get the Foresight. Also changed to Foresight.

I can't wait til someone casts this on their own Vigilance creature just for the Foresight. That day will smell like ... victory!

Only got this out once last night and already had a Foresight effect in play so hard to say but certainly works in the available slot for U. Hinted to me that we should reduce the amount of Foresight and possibly up the amount of Portent in the set.
