Garruk's Horde already exists as a 7/7 trampler that does this.

It doesn't do lands though. Plus it often just won by being so massive before you could do anything awesome with the ability. I might reduce the cost by one on this anyway.

This card is suuuper strong. I definitely think it's better than Garruk's Horde. I am strongly in favor of reducing the power differential between Rare-Uncommon-Common. For me, ideally, Rares in this set would be the most complex cards rather than the most powerful. But I do understand wanting to do some splashy first pickable rares. At {6} he's probably not breaking anything in two but he's definitely ending games when unanswered.

Interestingly, you mark this as powerful but Seerlord as not very good despite them having virtually identical abilities (this can do lands, which is probably better than spells). The difference is also probably that Blue has a lot of Portent creatures already whilst Green seems to have almost none. I think we really need to address that!
