Fixed so he can't infinitely combo with the new Soul Warden. Also I've retired the White Portent guy since White has no Portent interactions and am really hoping this guy can replace him.

flicker effects are always useful and in White it lets you play your Soulsong guys early then get the bonus later once you've set up.

Flicker was amazing last night for mono W commons + uncommons. So I guess this guy has more of a chance than I thought for inclusion?

This should probably be how this works else two make an infinite life combo with the Soul Warden guy!
