Here's my idea for an ability that makes Portent do more for blue. Kind of like a Splice that only works on Portent cards but when you have more than one you can keep chaining them. Thoughts?

Actually this is far too good for a common considering things like Shimemrsprite exists so I've changed the ability to make it a sort of tapper when you have Portent going.

So with two of these and a Foresight card you can permanently tap/untap for U, but you never get to draw a new card. That might be good enough to win anyway.
