We have a whole at uncommon for a white instant. White also seems to be missing a removal spell, as we have a pacifism, and a conditional exile at common.

Let me elaborate. I think the problem is that this answers basically everything in ever form of Magic ever, and is splashable, and is an uncommon. Vindicate at least has the restriction of being multicolored and a Sorcery and destroying the thing not exiling it. Absolutely 100% don't want this in the set!

Valid points, and maybe why it has never been printed like this so far. My theory behind designing this, apart from skeleton filling, was that we want some answer cards (to enchantments/artifacts/lands) but they eat up valuable slots at common, and we don't necessarily want x3 of them in a draft. I guess I was just trying to be as efficient as possible by cramming all the answers into one card that won't eat up too many slots. Maybe very narrow answer cards are okay at common because we have a glut of playables during deckbuilding?

Also I have retired four broken Enchantments in the last 24 hours. The need for catch-all answers is diminishing!
