I know it's not a sorcery, but we're missing this sort of effect for Blue and making something a Wizard might actually be relevant.

This was surprisingly good. Sadly the Wizard theme is unlikely to survive and then this will just be a reprint of diminish.

Needs to be cut or changed if we are dropping Wizards as a minor theme.
