Though Foresight and Portent seem kind of redundant together, this is either giving you Foresight when you don't have it or being cast off the top when you do.

I see no problem with Foresight and Portent on the same card considering the can't interact. I'd like to make this guy a 3/3 rather than 2/4 as green is going to be our aggro colour.
