I was looking for a more "serious" name, but I just love the idea of a magic card being called scout camp and it fits perfectly. I think it could only be better if we had banding in the set, and a band camp.

I quite like this idea of the South as a military power based on training their soldiers better than everyone else. It makes a nice contrast to the North who rely on fanaticism.
