Okay the templating was annoying me. Not sure if the new version is exactly correct as I couldn't find any existing examples, but this reads cleaner to me. I assume the intent was that he did not pump himself?

Yeah, the idea was that he pumps creatures from "his" wedge, nerfs creatures from "other" wedge colours, and has no effect on creatures which have colours both in, AND not in, his wedge.
