An explanation would be pretty useful here I think! The numbers are crazy and I can't think of any application that doesn't involve winning on the spot via some sort of fling effect or being able to cast it at instant speed. Without that it's surely unplayable?

It's the Johnny card of the set! It's probably a bit too silly to actually include.
